Placing Your Order
Ordering your photobook, card or calendar is easy. Our order submission and manufacturing processes are fully automated to expedite your order.
We are not able to change your order once it has been uploaded.
Previewing a Photo Product (eg. Photobook, Card & Calendar)
It is imperative that you preview your entire photo product prior to uploading to ensure that it will be printed exactly as you want it. Image templates and text boxes that were left blank may be printed as blank background space.
To preview your Photobook or photo product, click on the “Preview” button at the bottom of the layout screen.
In a 2-page view, the page that appears on the left (even-numbered pages) will be printed on the left and the page that appears on the right (odd-numbered pages) will be printed on the right. This layout is what the page spread will look like when the book is opened. If a page is blank, it will display as blank.
Do remember to check for spelling mistakes, wrong photo layout sequence and misalignment of photos as we are not able to make any changes to text or layout after you have uploaded the order onto our servers.
Accessing the Shopping Cart
You will be taken to the shopping basket when you click on “Order” while configuring prints / products, or if you click above on the “Shopping Basket” icon.
Manage the Shopping Basket
You can save the current shopping basket, load a shopping basket, or delete the current shopping basket. To delete a saved shopping basket, you must open it first. The delete function always refer to the currently displayed shopping basket.
Adding Product to the Order
You can select further products for your order by clicking on the “Add product” button or change the quantity of the product listed in the shopping cart by clicking on the up / down arrow next to the quantity field..
Order Value & Total Amount
The order value indicates the price of the chosen products, without shipping costs.
The total amount shows the amount that you have to pay (order value plus shipping costs, if any).
Use Voucher
If you have received a voucher, you can enter the corresponding voucher code beneath the “Add product” button. The price reduction with the voucher will be directly offset against the order.
Order Method
You can choose to upload your order online for order processing if you have a good internet broadband connection. Depending on the size of the project, the uploading process may take some time. Please be patient and try not to load other programs / surf internet / check email while the order is uploading to our servers.
Tip : You can leave the computer after transmission has started as the order will be concluded automatically. The final step is when the order confirmation shows. You may wish to print out the order confirmation for your own records.
For larger orders with hundreds of pictures, you may opt for the Burn to CD option and submit the order to us over-the-counter at our retail outlets. Please print out the Order Details and include it with the CD you will be burning when you submit and make payment over the counter.

Shipping Method
You have a choice of picking up the order from one of our designated locations in Singapore, delivery within Singapore or international delivery when you choose online submission as the order method.
Confirm Your Shipping Address
If you choose Shipping Within Singapore or International Delivery, your order will be shipped to the latest address given in your User Details (see Help – Account Information). Please ensure that it is updated based on the address you want your current order to be shipped to.
Order Confirmation
At the end of the order process a confirmation with a summary of the ordered items, delivery address
(or branch shop) and your e-mail address will be displayed.
