Information About Your Order
Production Turnaround Time
Orders received by noon SST are processed within 5 to 7 business days (Saturday and Sunday are NOT business days). Business days are calculated starting the day FOLLOWING your confirmed order receipt.
Once your order has been successfully uploaded, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail, which will provide you with your order number.
If you do not receive this order confirmation e-mail, please check to make sure that your spam filters have not blocked e-mails from service@albumstories.com from entering your mailbox. Order confirmation e-mails may be blocked by e-mail spam filters.
If you still do not receive the order confirmation e-mail after 1 business day, please contact service@albumstories.com for confirmation of order receipt. In your e-mail to AlbumStories On-Line, please provide the name and the last 4 digits of the credit card used to complete the transaction online to that we can track the order efficiently.
For orders shipping within Singapore, please allow 2 to 3 shipping days.
Orders shipping outside of Singapore can take anywhere from 6 to 14 shipping days for delivery depending on order destination.
Credit Card Authorization
When placing an order with AlbumStories Online, it is necessary to request an authorization for the total amount of the purchase from your credit card company. No charges are applied to your card until your order ships.
Ordering in the shopping cart results in the authorization approval process completing each time you attempt to order. For instance, if you attempt three times to place an order, three authorizations will appear on your card.
These authorization approvals, or holds, will drop off of your card typically within three business days. Unfortunately, AlbumStories Online is not able to remove these authorizations from your credit card.
Changing, Canceling and Editing an Order
All of the AlbumStories Online ordering and manufacturing processes are fully automated to our bindery.
You have the option to cancel your order anytime prior to the Credit Card Authorisation. Once you have authorized payment, we are not able to cancel your order by any other means and your order will be shipped and charged to your credit card.
AlbumStories Online is not able to change or edit any text or layout of photos of your order once it has been uploaded for printing.
Purchasing more copies of an order
If you are interested in printing additional copies of a book, you may double-click on your order which you had previously saved, make any necessary changes and upload the order to us once again.
